The Long X Arts Foundation is a proud participant of the Art for Life program through the North Dakota Council on the Arts.
The Art for Life Program seeks to improve the emotional and physical health and wellness of elders in care facilities, as well as those living independently, through intensive art and artist interaction. Currently elementary students are visiting the Good Shepherd Home weekly to interact in art, nostalgic and learning activities with the residents.
The public is invited to participate in all Art for Life Activities

September 28, 4 pm-Homecoming Parade Float
October 30, 6:30 pm - Pumpkin Painting
November 8, 3 pm - Vintage Ceramic Christmas Tree Activity
January 26, 2 pm - Glass Sun catchers
February 7, 10 am- Valentines Day Card Making
April 6, 2 pm-Watercolor Class
April 30, 3:30 pm-May Day Baskets with Paisley
May 11 -Mother's Day Craft
June 22 (Time TBD) -Radio Stars Performance
